We have seen the ins and the outs of medical cannabis in the State of Florida. We have learned all we can to use that information and simplify it in a way that patients can have even more relief. From high quality customer service, to fast and efficient office flow, we strive to give the best service in Bay County and surrounding areas.

Any person obtaining their medical card for the first time, or any person switching doctors is required to see Dr. Mapp in person, at our office, on the first visit. Any following appointment may be done through Telehealth to make it convenient for you at no additional cost. 

Our in person appointments are offered on Friday's only starting at 9:30 a.m. 

Our Telehealth appointments are offered Monday - Thursday's with time slows 9 a.m  / 11 a.m / 1 p.m / 4 p.m. 

We specialize in helping clients obtain their medical marijuana card in the State of Florida along with helping maintain recommendations. 

For a new patient, (never had a license prior) your first appointment is $200 which can be paid cash or card. There is also a fee of $77.75 to the state for the state issued medical marijuana license, which is paid online so it has to be paid with a debit or credit card. 

If you have your medical card and are looking at switching doctors, the appointment is our normal recertification rate of $100. 

We are required to see you every 7 months as a follow up visit. We normally schedule you for 6 1/2 months so we see you before your recommendations expire. 

Any follow up appointment is $100.

If your recommendations have been expired more than one year, you are considered a new patient.

We are located at 325 W 6th St, Panama City FL 32401. On the corner of Mulberry Ave and 6th st. Across the road from the old Daffin Supply Co building.
